2. Purchase Terms
Ordering tickets via this site is an offer made by you, which is made subject to these Terms and Conditions. The offer is made when you click the pay button following selection of the required ticket(s). The offer will only be accepted by us when your credit/debit card details have been cleared and we have clarified your order.
Booking Tickets
To purchase Tickets, you should simply follow the guides within this website and select the desired tickets. Thereafter you should indicate the required number of tickets and click on the prompt to confirm the purchase. You need not register with us or set up an account when making a purchase, as previously indicated. You must not use this Website or any services available on or through it if you do not accept these Terms and Conditions.
You must be 18 years old or over to purchase Tickets from this Website. You must also comply with any age restrictions specified by the venue where the Event is being held.
When you have logged on to this Website you may choose the Tickets which you wish to purchase and add them to your basket. The responsibility for checking the accuracy of your purchase is yours. We advise that you check your order carefully before you confirm the purchase and click “Pay”. As previously stated at this stage (clicking “Pay”) you have made an offer to purchase the selected Tickets. The offer is capable of acceptance by us without any further recourse to you. When we accept your offer a legally binding agreement is created. Upon our acceptance of your offer we will confirm your Booking by displaying your Booking code.
When your order has been accepted we will charge your credit/debit card with the face value of the Ticket(s) plus a Booking fee which will be 10% of the Ticket’s face value unless otherwise stated. The face value and Booking fee will be clearly listed in your basket prior to confirmation of your order and check out. The Booking fee is the charge we make for facilitating your online purchase. The Booking charge is inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT receipt please contact us at our Principal Office as stated above.
Your Booking code will only become valid when we have processed and accepted your payment.
Your Ticket(s) confirmation will be confirmed immediately via e-mail. Your tickets will be posted to you at least 10 days before the event. Where you complete an online purchase within 5 working days of the Event Tickets may not be posted to you and in such cases you must retain your Booking code. This should be given at the venue to ensure admission. If you experience any difficulties please contact us as soon as you become aware that there is a difficulty. Your Booking code will have the same status as a Ticket and can be produced at the venue as an alternative.
We offer a VIP service on this Website. This will be indicated when you are attempting to make a Booking. VIP Tickets will be dearer than ordinary tickets. VIP Ticket(s) will allow the holder(s) to gain immediate admission to the Event, without the need to wait in the main queue(s).
Please keep your Booking code and Ticket(s) in a safe place as you will be refused entry to the Event if you are unable to produce either at the venue.
Entry to Event
The Booking code for each purchase is issued subject to these terms and conditions. We advise that you peruse these terms and conditions prior to attending the Event.
When you attend at the Event you will be required to produce either a valid ticket or your Booking code. We will have a list of all Booking codes which we have issued to purchasers. VIP Ticket holders should make their way directly to the venue staff and should not stand in the main queue(s). The venue staff will have an inventory of VIP Bookings. Upon production of your Ticket(s) or Booking code, and subject to the conditions below, you will gain automatic entry to the Event. In the event that you do not have a Ticket or valid Booking code you will be refused entry to the Event. Where an Event has age restrictions we will endeavour to provide you with information relating thereto. It is, however, your responsibility to investigate whether age restrictions apply to the Event you wish to attend. If the Event is subject to age restrictions then it is the Ticket holder’s responsibility to ensure that they have acceptable evidence of their identification with them. Where the ticket holder fails to produce acceptable evidence of his or her identification entry may be refused as outlined below.
Admission to an Event is at the discretion of the Promoter (us) and the Event venue. Reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that concerns relating to health and safety and security are addressed. These steps may include searches or persons or their property. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are denied entry to or removed from the venue for any of the following reasons:-
1. you are under age;
2. you are thought to be under age and have not produced acceptable identification;
3. you have declined to be searched;
4. your behaviour is considered to be abusive, threatening or antisocial e.g. smoking in a prohibited area;
5. you are drunk or intoxicated;
6. you are found to be in possession of an offensive weapon or illegal substance(s);
7. you are late;
8. you are recording or attempting to record unauthorised footage of the Event.
This list is not exhaustive and we reserve the right to refuse admission for other reasons which we deem to be reasonable.
Venues
Our Tickets are issued subject to our Terms and Conditions and any other Rules or Regulations which we issue as promoters. Full details are available form our Principal Office. While attending the Event you and all other persons with Tickets/ Booking codes for the Event must comply fully with all statutes, safety announcements and venue regulations. Venue regulations will be available at the venue for your purpose. We, as promoters, and the venue take no responsibility for personal property taken to an Event. We as promoters will have discretion to allow or refuse re-admission to the Event as we see fit. Official merchandise will normally be available within the venue.
We confirm, for the avoidance of doubt, that a Booking code will have the same status as a Ticket and will confer upon the purchaser the same rights as a Ticket.
Details about our Events can be obtained from our Principal Office or via the relevant link. We would stress the importance of checking details relating to the Event with us or the venue at which the Event is taking place well in advance of the scheduled Event. We will try, so far as is reasonably practicable, to ensure that we keep all information regarding the Event as up-to-date and accurate as possible. Where you suspect that there is an error in any information we provide relating to the Event then it is your responsibility to raise the issue with us and to seek clarification thereof.
This Website offers you the opportunity to buy our Tickets. We do not sell or permit you to sell any third party’s Tickets on this site. Any attempt to breach this condition may result in any Ticket or Booking code which you have purchased being terminated, your access to the Website revoked and your account closed.
We will not be liable for any loss, financial or otherwise, or injury suffered by you, which arises from a breach of these terms and conditions and/or any enforceable law of Scotland at the material time except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Availability
Certain Events and/or Tickets have restricted availability or are limited to a certain number per purchaser. Such restrictions will be indicated in the Event information or during Booking. If you order Tickets in breach of these restrictions or which exceed the maximum number per person we may cancel your Booking Ticket(s).
Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Tickets cannot be refunded unless an Event is:-
1. cancelled;
2. rearranged for a new date and you decide not to retain your Booking code/ Ticket for the rescheduled Event; or
3. materially changed subsequent to your order being placed. Examples of material changes include a change of venue or indeed of the main act. This list is by no means exhaustive and if you require further clarification of what is considered a material change then you should contact our Principal office (details above)
In the event of 1, 2 or 3 occurring then we will only refund the face value of the Ticket. The Booking fee is non-refundable.
In the event of a material change in detail(s) we will attempt to inform you via email, as soon as is reasonably practicable, by using the details you provided to us when placing your Booking. In the situation where 2, or 3 apply and you decide to retain your Ticket/ Booking code you will not be eligible for a refund or to any compensation whatsoever.
If you consider that you are eligible for a refund you must intimate this to us no later than 5 working days after the Event.
